His experience includes negotiation and interpretation of labor and employment contracts, a variety of employment and discrimination litigation, civil services hearings, and numerous high-stakes arbitrations.

Daniel attended law school at Santa Clara University and received his undergraduate degrees from UCLA. During law school, Daniel interned for the Honorable Socrates P. Manoukian at the Superior Court of Santa Clara County, and worked as a law student counselor at the Katherine and George Alexander Community Law Center’s Workers Rights Clinic. He still actively volunteers in this spare time.
